I am a high schooler from La Jolla, California. I was initially interested in computer science, but upon an unplanned schedule change, I ended up taking AP Environmental Science. I became really interested in the field, particularly environmental engineering, and plan on working to build a sustainable future for our planet. I want to share my passion with the world and inspire others to take environmental action!

I am currently doing research on, and writing a research paper for an environmental topic. Some of the things that I have done for my community include planning a beach cleanup event for La Jolla Shores Beach, working on starting a nonprofit for sustainable housing, and working to lead a team of college students to program an app that helps residents get certification for environmentally-friendly homes.

I like to collaborate with teams and share ideas with friends and others who appreciate building my community and tackling environmental problems. I also actively seek leadership roles in environmental groups and enjoy leading teams to use innovation and ingenuity to confront environmental problems!
